The Manndate Group     Distribution – Delivery/Pickup  – things to please note:   When receiving goods from a distribution centre, you must sign off the “Manndate Signoff Form”. If there is something wrong, please write what it is in the appropriate area.  This way we know, good or bad!  It’s a paper trail.   Please call Manndate, not the delivery centre if you have questions about anything.  The delivery centres’ work for Manndate and are not authorized to tell you if your product has arrived, set up your delivery or pickup without Manndate paperwork, etc.   Distribution Centre – You pick up   ·         Unopened, box inspected – no charge to you, Manndate pays the Distribution centre for this ·         Open, inspected and ready for pickup – there is a charge for this service - $45 for the order   Distribution Centre – Delivery Open,inspected, deluxed and setup in the customer's home.   ·         It needs to be quoted – number of item x location ·         Please note that if you are not at the pickup or delivery, the person receiving the goods are required to inspect and signoff! ·         If you are at the delivery and your customer is not, you must sign off for them. Do not come back at a later date with problems, they must be listed on the delivery paperwork.     Pricing   Why are some products being sold to the consumer for less? ·         It’s the economy!  RETAILERS need to make sales at any cost!  If you require help in knowing which lines are going for less, please ASK! ·         If you find out that a certain line is being sold in your area for less – please TELL US! ·         If you get a better price quote on a product line, please TELL US!  We do match apples to apples when we can! ·         Note:  Most designers are giving their clients good discounts.           Requesting Quotes - DON’T ASSUME   When sending in quotes requests, please note that it is the specifier’s responsibility to put down all the item numbers. ·        If you are in a showroom helping, please ensure that you have all the numbers. ·        When quote requests go to head office, we don’t see if there are missing pieces. If you have questions, please identify them to us.   Example:  If you can’t figure it out, say “table number” ???? we want base shown but don’t know the code – please find. That way, it flags us that there is a missing item number.   We need to be proactive to keep everyone happy. On head office side, this is what we do –        please review all words like “finish for base” and ask yourself “check if base has separate number” ·        Finish for base could be for same code number, but may not be   Manndate Appointment   ·         Want to book an appointment – it’s best to make sure that we are free to help.  ·         Tell us as much as possible about “What you are looking for”! ·         We are pleased to help from sourcing assistance, to what’s new, to “building the project” to presentation formats. ·         Why not ask!     Find a Designer   I’ve heard from most of you that you want to participate on FIND A DESIGNER – but I haven’t received the information from you Manndate has been receiving quite a few hits lately! We can email you the format if you are interested.  Don’t wait to create a website either – it’s beneficial even without the website.   Get you submissions to me ASAP.  It’s summer and now is the time to start working on your marketing.
