2010 Accessory Decorator CO-OP Program

We’ve been listening to you Canada!

You need stylish unique accessories and you need them fast!

 

Well… we’ve come up with a CO-OP plan that can help you choose what you really want.

 

Accessories and small tables cost more to ship than to purchase from the factory, so we need to consolidate and as we are opening up the Manndate FX consignment, we have room to get the ball rolling on Accessories.

 

Example

Imagine if Susan orders 30 items for staging a home.  She only needs 8 items – this new CO-OP allows her to bring in all 30, try what she wants and then make the other items available to sell to the Manndate Decorators.

 

CO-OP Decorator: The decorator who needs accessories and/or who wants to make money on accessories.

 

Decorator registers with Manndate to be part of the CO-OP

 

Decorator may choose to join the CO-OP pool and as part of that pool they can order accessories three times a year at a reduced price because of freight savings. They can drop out any time, but must pay for anything they order (normal 50% down).

Designer must have…
A minimum of 8 pieces each (need 4 people ordering minimum-or enough for free shipping) from each of 3 manufacturers - designers could decide amongst themselves what needs to be ordered – for each area – YOU are the CO-OP!
 

If they order extras and don’t want them, they can sell them in the consignment area for Retail, less 20 with additional 20% going to Manndate for use of consignment!

They will still make money for things they don’t want.

 

CO-OP Consolidation

This would be a combination CO-OP for Calgary and Edmonton with delivery to the Calgary showroom with Grey Hound Freight used to ship to Edmonton.

 

Eastern Canada – we can consolidate in Oakville. (same idea as above)

 

Winnipeg – Vancouver – Atlantic Canada – if you want a program like this, please ask!
 
Unwanted or extra pieces could go to the consignment area.

What can the designer who isn’t part of this program do? – buy the extras.

 

Non CO-OP Decorator – can buy from the accessory consignment area @ 20% off retail – good selection at good prices

 

How does it benefit the designer who just needs a few items – they have “carry out” access to come in, pick up and try. (Pay for – and then if necessary re-consign)

 

Selection is much better than HOME SENSE!
