Q. Are my mailing lists safe from other eNewsDesk customers?
The email addresses in your mailing lists are only stored on the SECURE eNewsDesk server until they have been sent, then they are deleted.
To track Opens and Clicks eNewsDesk assigns a unique number to each email address you send to. The unique number can only be matched to an email address on your computer.
Q. What are the minimum system requirements to run eNewsDesk?
eNewsDesk runs on Windows XP We recommend minimum: 500 MB RAM 30 MB available hard-drive space Internet connection required when sending Emails
Q. Will my emails get tagged as ***SPAM***?
eNewsDesk gives you the tools to comply with CAN-SPAM guidelines to help your emails avoid being marked as SPAM, although there is no way we can guarantee that.
Q. How many emails can I send out each month without incurring additional costs?
A subscription to eNewsDesk allows you to send out upto 10,000 emails each month.
However eNewsDesk is not to be used for targetted emailing and we reserve the right to cancel any account if we feel the subscriber is abusing the service.
Q. If I have duplicate email addresses in my mailing lists will eNewsDesk send the same email to that address multiple times?
No, eNewsDesk only allows an email to be added to a campaign once.
